Our field employees are drawn from the ranks of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. PAR West also is a proud member of the National Electrical Contractors Association. Together, they created the Electrical Training Alliance. Please contact the IBEW or ALLIANCE chapter near you to learn more.
